Shine Inside with Celines Toribio

Celines Toribio visits two public school students in some of the most underprivileged neighborhoods of New York City as part of her Shine Inside initiative. Shine Inside is an inspirational lecture led by Celines, where she addresses success as it relates to dreams, self-esteem, beauty and moral & civic duties, among other important topics. In just one day, Celines reached more than 500 students. Her intent is to continue to tours public school in the coming school year.

Celines Toribio to Visit Troops in the Middle East

As a Latina woman, I’m honored to have been invited by the United Service Organization (USO) to visit soldiers who are serving in the US Military. I feel a sense of responsibility to bring them a bit of joy and happiness, and attempt to express our gratitude for their service. Knowing that I will have the opportunity to speak face-to-face with troops on the frontline, individuals and families who have scarified all for our freedom, fills me with happiness and an indescribable pride.
